Employer Industry: Data and AI Solutions Why consider this job opportunity: 100% remote work opportunity open to candidates in Canada or the USA Access to a range of benefits and resources promoting a healthy work-life balance Commitment to employee wellness with initiatives like Wellness Fridays extending to December 2025 Opportunity to work within a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on scalable growth Engage in a dual-focus role with significant impact on equity administration and global payroll What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Manage all aspects of the equity plan in Carta, including processing grants, option exercises, and terminations Own equity-related accounting close activities and generate reports for compensation and financial modeling Serve as the first point of contact for participant inquiries and develop educational resources Support global payroll processing and assist with the implementation of Workday Payroll Ensure compliance with all regulations and participate in process improvement initiatives What is Required (Qualifications): 7+ years of combined experience in equity administration and global payroll Deep expertise in public or private company equity administration Hands-on experience with the Carta platform Workday Payroll experience is strongly preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Certified Equity Professional (CEP) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to employees at all levels We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
