Position Overview The IT Operations Analyst role supports computer server and network systems ensuring high availability and security compliance. The role focuses on SCCM Administration at an architectural level and participates in day‑to‑day operational support. Responsibilities SCCM Infrastructure Design & Maintenance: Site roles, boundary groups, SQL Server integration, performance tuning. Software Deployment & Packaging: MSI / EXE packaging, task sequences for OS deployment and upgrades, application supersedence and dependencies. OS Deployment (OSD): PXE boot configuration, driver management. Patch Management: Software Update Groups, ADRs, WSUS integration and troubleshooting. Client Management: Client installation, health monitoring, remote control, inventory collection. Reporting & Compliance: SSRS and Power BI integration, custom queries and reports, baseline configuration and compliance settings. RBAC & Endpoint Protection: Endpoint Protection integration, BitLocker, Windows Defender policies. PowerShell scripting for automation, Intune co‑management, hybrid scenarios, AD & GPO integration. Log file analysis: Client logs, MP logs, status messages, alerts, troubleshooting failed deployments and updates. Documentation and change management: project planning and stakeholder communication. Incident and change response through internal ticketing system. Promote and champion security policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Competencies 5+ years experience with SCCM administration: packages, applications, O/S task sequences, baselines, PowerShell scripting, reporting. 5+ years experience administering Windows Server, Group Policy & Active Directory. 3+ years experience with virtualization (VMware vSphere, Hyper‑V). Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced and ever‑changing environment. Excellent problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills. Benefits Competitive wages.
