Paddle offers digital product companies a completely different approach to their payment infrastructure. We’re backed by investors including KKR, FTV Capital, Kindred, Notion, and 83North and serve over 5000 software sellers in 245 territories globally. The Role: We’re looking for a Revenue Marketing Manager to drive the campaigns that fuel Paddle’s Sales‑led growth. You’ll plan, launch and optimise full‑funnel, integrated campaigns that create and accelerate leads and pipeline for our upper SMB, Mid Market, and Strategic segments. As a key member of the Revenue Marketing team, you’ll be the driving force behind campaigns and strategies that define Marketing’s influence on pipeline and revenue outcomes. You’ll work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Demand Generation, Product Marketing and Brand to ensure every program delivers measurable commercial impact and consistent market presence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution—a hands‑on campaign marketer who loves collaborating cross‑functionally to drive measurable business impact. What you’ll do: Campaign Ownership: Plan and execute integrated, full‑funnel campaigns targeting our key ICPs and segments, driving qualified leads and pipeline across our Sales‑led motion. Sales Marketing Interlock & Enablement: Act as the voice of Marketing for Sales, clearly communicating asks and priorities and partnering with GTM Enablement to ensure Sales and Partnerships have what they need to activate campaigns successfully. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation and Brand to turn messaging and positioning into audience‑driven programs that move prospects through the funnel. Campaign Attribution & Optimisation: Partner with Marketing and GTM Operations to define success metrics, track sourced and influenced pipeline and continuously optimise programs for ROI. Full‑Funnel Thinking: Ensure campaigns drive consistent engagement and value from awareness through to deal acceleration. You’ll work closely with: Sales: Establish tight alignment and collaboration with Sales’ pipeline goals and priority segments and accounts. Partnerships: Leverage our partner program in campaign activations to amplify and maximise influence on key accounts. ABM: Develop ABM and persona plays that plug into broader pipeline campaigns. Demand Generation: Activate across paid and owned channels to maximise reach, impact and ROI. Product Marketing: Anchor campaigns in product value and customer insight. Brand & Content: Ensure campaigns reflect our brand narrative and creative standards. We’d love to hear from you: 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS campaign, integrated, or revenue marketing roles. A proven track record of planning and executing campaigns that generate pipeline and accelerate revenue. Strong understanding of funnel mechanics, campaign orchestration and attribution. Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills, especially working with Sales, Partnerships and other Marketing functions. A data‑driven mindset with the ability to balance creativity and commercial focus.
