With a can-do attitude and people-first culture, we’ve grown into an industry leader, operating across Canada and the United States, spanning over 40 locations with over 600 + employees.We are currently looking for a Procurement & Supply Chain Analyst at our Edmonton corporate location.What Moves You:You're a strategic connector that believes optimizing the supply chain isn't just about cost reduction, it's about creating competitive advantage and fostering robust, ethical, long-term vendor partnerships that uphold our brand promise.You are driven by the challenge of transforming data (from logistics costs to supplier performance) into a clear, actionable roadmap that maximizes efficiency across the entire company.You champion continuous improvement andpossess an innate desire to evaluate and elevate every process, viewing procurement as a critical function that drives organizational growth and mitigates risk.You thrive on impact and ownership and desire a role where your analytical prowess directly translates into significant cost savings, improved quality, and the strategic leveraging of our collective buying power.What You’ll Do:Design, implement and execute company-wide processes and standards that ensure consistency, boost efficiency, and maximize cost-efficiency without compromising service quality.Collect, interpret, and leverage advanced analytics (using ERP, Excel, Power BI/Tableau) on supply chain performance to forecast risks, identify high-impact cost reduction opportunities, and guarantee supply.Cultivate a premium vendor network byconducting rigorous evaluation and auditing of new and existing vendors, utilizing your negotiation expertise to secure favorable contract pricing and terms that mitigate risk and ensure legal, safety, and ethical compliance.Collaborate across multiple internal departments and locations, acting as the trusted subject matter expert who aligns procurement strategy with operational needs to secure competitive goods and services.What You’ll Bring:Proven analytical expertise with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in supply chain analysis, procurement, or related fields, with a Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain Management or Procurement.Demonstrated, proven experience utilizing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis and dashboard creation.A history of successful negotiation of cost-effective vendor agreements and the strong ability to build and maintain positive long-term relationships with both internal stakeholders and national vendors.Strategic business acumen with the capability to think strategically, problem-solve through rootcause analysis, and ensure every procurement decision is effective, efficient, and substantiated with clear due process and financial controls.What We Offer:Competitive wages and flexible benefits.Our company RRSP matching program.50% off rentals at any of our Driving Force locations.Learning and growth opportunities.Paid vacation and wellness time.We support your wellbeing through our Thrive wellness program.We ‘Celebrate Great’ through our rewards and recognition programs.The Driving Force Groups of Companies values diversity and is committed to providing equal opportunities in the workplace.
