KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Strategy Help VirtualAd establish an outbound sales process in international markets like the USA and UK. Refine sales strategies driven by marketing efforts. Conduct market research and competitor analysis, to identify new growth opportunities. Support with cross-sell and up-sell strategies with existing clients. Suggest and present new sales strategies to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales strategies, making adjustments to tactics as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.

Business Development Craft and continuously refine prospect outreach lists, including contact details. Develop and personalize email templates to engage potential customers effectively. Utilize case studies to highlight VirtualAd's unique value propositions. Secure and conduct meetings with prospects. Represent the company at key industry events and networking meet-ups. Form strategic partnerships to amplify lead generation efforts and utilize data to enhance sales strategies.

Sales Reporting Utilize analytics to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates. Lead weekly sales meetings with insightful pipeline updates. Utilize sales data to forecast trends, craft strategies, and provide quarterly sales reports to stakeholders.

Role Goal:

Build a predictable prospect booking system that can scale with VirtualAd internationally in markets like the US and UK, while also providing support on the marketing and partnerships side of the business.

APPLICANTS SHOULD BE

International sales experience, particularly in USA and UK markets Located or willing to relocate to Canada Fluent in English, organized and able to meet deadlines consistently International business degree and/or formal education in business Self-learner, resourceful attitude, and a willingness to solve problems independently 3+ years experience as a sales professional with experience in sales strategy and booking prospect meetings Expert in sales automation tools and list building Experience with sales reporting, pipeline management, and closing deals A knack for organization and building structured procedures A team player who’s highly motivated, ambitious and solutions-oriented A driven and proactive professional with a keen desire to learn, read books and constantly improve business skills
