Supplier Quality Engineering Co-op – INNIO Group Join the Welland Quality Team as a Supplier Quality Intern to support our Quality and Supply Chain departments. The role involves performing a variety of assignments to ensure the quality and availability of parts and/or products for our manufacturing plant and service customers. Co‑op Term January 2026 – May 2026 Essential Responsibilities Updating delivery data in the internal ERP system regarding supplier information and internal products Supporting external supplier communications and updates Assisting in the resolution of parts qualification from the approved supply base Reviewing daily fulfillment of parts from the supply base through expediting components, based on priority for assembly, machining, and service teams Assisting internal customers to receive, analyze and provide commitments regarding external parts quality Developing ideas to streamline communications (process improvements) within the quality organization Analyzing stored data, creating reports and spreadsheets Acting as an internal customer liaison for general inquiries on supply‑chain procedures for assembly, machining, and warehouse departments Working with team leaders and management to drive quality initiatives Measuring and reviewing first‑piece samples from suppliers Supporting Supplier Quality Engineers with daily tasks Qualifications / Requirements In process of completing a degree in a related discipline, such as Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering Experience working within a manufacturing setting Desired Characteristics Strong analytical and organizational skills Desire to learn about the technical process of supplier and production quality Professional demeanor and customer‑service orientation Ability to multi‑task and deliver key objectives within established timelines Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams Proficient in Microsoft Office, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience with Oracle and/or other ERP systems preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
