Job Title: Production Lead Job Description The role of Production Lead is pivotal in managing the production team's KPIs and productivity. You will support on the floor, handle scheduling and planning, and offer assistance across departments as needed. This position involves working alongside production to ensure assembly instructions align with actual practices, implementing a streamlined training process, and assisting with technical tasks such as assembly, SMT, inspection, and troubleshooting. The position is designed for a proactive leader who can coordinate between production, office, and ownership to ensure team adherence to customer commitments and projects. Responsibilities Manage production team's KPIs and productivity. Provide on-the-floor support, scheduling, and planning. Assist various departments and support the owner with tasks like facility organization and inventory management. Ensure assembly instructions align with assembler actions to streamline training processes. Engage in technical work such as assembly, SMT, inspection, and troubleshooting when necessary. Coordinate between production, office, and ownership, ensuring team follows through on commitments. Essential Skills Fluency in English (read, write, speak). Proficiency in Outlook and production scheduling. Strong leadership skills, proven by managing a small team. At least 2 years of experience in leading a production team or hands‑on electronics manufacturing with leadership experience. Ability to troubleshoot and provide support on the production floor. Commitment to long‑term employment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in production planning or as a supervisor. Good attention to detail. Outgoing and friendly demeanor while being able to work independently. Team player with strong leadership skills. Self‑starter who can identify tasks and delegate accordingly. Why Work Here?
