Our client, a leading global healthcare solutions provider, is seeking an Integration Specialist to join their team. ROSS has been engaged by our client to assist in recruiting this critical role.

The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in software and industry-standard protocols to implement and integrate our client's software solutions. This includes remote installation and implementation of new installs, upgrades, and other tasks requiring professional services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and integrate software solutions for clients, utilizing expertise in software and industry-standard protocols.
  • Provide expert advice and consultation on the implementation and integration of post-General Technical Releases (GTR).
  • Analyze customer needs and develop site-specific workflow requirements for software configuration.
  • Identify proactive strategies for integration development that align with corporate goals and customer needs, and implement.
  • Deliver projects on time and according to specifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of networking, hardware, and operating systems.
  • Knowledge of Relational Databases such as SQL.
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Commitment to teamwork and ability to foster productive working relationships with internal and external groups.
  • Eligibility to travel within Canada and the US.
  • Eligibility to apply for customer-initiated security clearances, such as the US National Agency Check (NAC).
Desirable Assets
  • 3-4 years of previous work experience in the healthcare industry or related field.
  • Knowledge of Hospital Workflows.
  • Knowledge of Oracle and MSSQL.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Standards HL7, IHE, DICOM.
  • Knowledge of Programming Languages VB/ASP, VB.NET, HTML, XML.
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux.
