Responsibilities Review and validate BU submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance Perform quality assurance and provide insightful commentary and analysis Support the timely closure of books and coordinate internal/external audit queries Act as superuser for financial systems and reporting tools, identifying opportunities for improvement Own sub-group financial forecasts and ensure accuracy of reporting Produce financial and management reporting, analyzing sub-group and BU performance Be a key partner in the financial integration of new acquisitions Identify operations issues and propose process improvements Train and mentor Finance leads teams on performance management principles Guide teams on best practices to achieve strategic and operational goals Qualifications A minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience Solid technical knowledge of IFRS, particularly IFRS 15 Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Experience with acquisition accounting and integration activities is beneficial Advanced Excel skills Assets Experience in Public Accounting, SaaS or Telecommunications industry Experience with multiple entities, countries or currencies Experience with NetSuite or Salesforce Compensation $175,000 - $185,000 salary range Strong benefits package Internal Job ID: 4905 Senior level: Director Employment type: Full-time Job function: Accounting/Auditing Industries: Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
