About The Role Thiess is seeking Expressions of Interest for an experienced Production Superintendent to lead high-performing production teams at Mount Arthur South driving excellence in safety culture and productivity. Reporting to the Mining Manager you will be responsible for: Leading production crews to safely and effectively deliver the mine plan Achieving production targets through a collaborative plan-driven approach Coaching and mentoring Supervisors and OCEs for continuous improvement and professional growth Collaborating closely with Technical Services and Drill & Blast to ensure plan compliance and path-to-plan delivery Driving accountability cost-effectiveness and performance across the production team Promoting a values-driven safety culture and fostering continuous improvement Roster & Location 5 days on / 2 days off with a monthly RDO Mount Arthur South is located five kilometres south of Muswellbrook in the Upper Hunter Valley NSW About You You will be an experienced mining leader with a strong background in open cut coal operations. You thrive in a team environment, enjoy coaching others and are motivated to deliver results against challenging KPIs.
