Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our vibrant team. This role will be responsible for helping drive our agencies and the architectural and design community. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in sales, preferably within the architectural lighting, building materials, or related design industries. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities, focusing on key accounts, large-scale projects, and emerging market segments. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with independent sales agencies, architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, electrical engineers, and general contractors. Motivate the external sales agencies, providing coaching on complex sales cycles and product knowledge to ensure consistent target achievement. Serve as a liaison between the sales team and the marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and product launches. Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in sales. Demonstrated understanding of the architectural lighting, commercial design, or high-end building materials sector. Experience working with independent sales representatives or agents is a significant asset. Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences. Education A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Relevant professional experience will be considered in place of a degree.
