AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate) at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. YOUR ROLE As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. You provide guests with an amazing shopping experience, represent our company values, and build brand loyalty. You are the face of American Eagle. RESPONSIBILITIES Use the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a “friends first” mindset. Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flexibly work across the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Assist teammates in “getting the job done.” Always act with integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS & INTERESTS You love interacting with people. You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop. You love AE and Aerie products.
