Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the development and optimization of our customized Salesforce Health Cloud application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on Salesforce Health Cloud to meet business needs.
  • Perform story analysis, design, scheduling for configuration/code, help in quality processes, and implementation support.
  • Establish governance for coding, including DevOps pipelines, to ensure efficient and scalable solutions.
  • Analyze and enhance the existing Health Cloud application for better performance and scalability.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Health Cloud projects.
  • Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow Builder, SFDC APIs.
  • Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
  • Exposure to Life Sciences Cloud and healthcare/pharmacy applications is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools, APIs, and integration capabilities.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex Salesforce solutions and solve technical challenges.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Salesforce Platform App Builder
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II is a plus
