Technical Sourcer

Your primary focus will be on Technical roles with an emphasis on niche pipelines (data science, data analytics, product management, and design/UXR). You should bring a level of critical thinking, grit and polish while embodying our fun, collaborative culture. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will be critical to creating a seamless sourcing partnership with recruiters and hiring leaders to help Lyft scale.Responsibilities:Build and nurture a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship managementDevelop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage diverse talent pools, ensuring a broad representation of candidates across various backgrounds and experiencesPartner with internal customers to develop proactive pipelines with passive candidates, prioritizing quality over quantitySource passive candidates from external sourcing efforts through networking and researchDevelop and report on a sourcing strategy with deliverables and timelines, grounded in market researchProactively ensure data integrity within all talent systems (ATS, Sourcing Tools, Tableau)Closely track and monitor candidate success with passthrough rates and conversionsExperience:2+ years of experience in Talent Sourcing capacity, preferably on Tech pipelines such as SWE, data science, product management, etc.Demonstrated technical sourcing experience for a high-performing tech start-up/companyStrong track record of meeting and exceeding expectations and goalsExcellent research/sourcing skills and the ability to focus on quality, not just quantityBenefits:Extended health and dental coverage options, along with life insurance and disability benefitsMental health benefitsFamily building benefitsChild care and pet benefitsAccess to a Lyft funded Health Care Savings AccountRRSP plan to help save for your futureIn addition to provincial observed holidays, salaried team members are covered under Lyft's flexible paid time off policy. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
