Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeCA$90,000.00/yr - CA$95,000.00/yrDirect message the job poster from Reliance ImpactAbout the roleOwn full-cycle project accounting for multiple high-rise developments, partnering closely with Project Managers and the Controller to ensure accurate, timely financials.Key responsibilitiesManage job cost accounting: coding, PO/commitments, subcontractor invoices, and cost allocations.Prepare progress billings/draw packages, track holdbacks, and manage lien releases.Maintain WIP schedules, monthly accruals, and revenue recognition; reconcile balance sheets.Monitor budgets vs. actuals; deliver variance and cash-flow reports to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with contracts, insurance/WSIB/COI, and internal controls.Drive month-end close for assigned projects with clear, on-time reporting.QualificationsCPA (designated) required.3–5+ years’ project accounting experience in high-rise/multi-res construction.Strong Excel; experience with Sage 300 CRE/Timberline, Jonas, or Procore (or similar).Detail-driven, deadline-focused, and effective at partnering with site and PM teams.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinanceIndustriesAccounting, Real Estate, and Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
