Our clinical diagnostics services are among the leading global emerging players in this field.In 2021, Eurofins generated EUR €6.7 billion in revenue and has been one of Europe's best-performing stocks over the past 20 years.This position is responsible for:Answering client requests via phone or in person, and entering client and sample information into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).Preparing supplies and bottles requests for clients, ensuring projects are processed efficiently and delivered on time.Receiving samples from clients either directly at the counter or via courier.Sorting samples and noting any deficiencies.Discussing project requirements with clients to ensure clarity, if necessary.Using LIMS to log samples and generate labels.Preparing bottles for client pick-up or shipping.Assisting with answering phones and emails.Note: This is a Scientific admin role; no analytical testing is performed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
