You are an experienced Real Estate Advisor with 5+ years’ experience, seeking your next step or are currently working in a similar role within a comparable environment. p>Job Description

  • Provide subject matter expertise and advice on real estate transactions and development.
  • Prepare and implement real estate strategies.
  • Negotiate and lead real property acquisition, exchange, disposal, and leasing processes.
  • Collaborate with client organizations and stakeholder groups to ensure alignment on real estate matters.
Qualifications

Experience
• 5-8 years providing real estate advisory services, including negotiation strategies, research, risk analysis, and recommendations for transactions and development projects.
• Negotiating and finalizing significant property transactions with government, private sector, and individuals.
• Managing projects involving acquisitions, exchanges, disposals, licenses, leases, and easements.

Knowledge
• Familiar with legal instruments in real estate transactions.
• Knowledge of commercial, agricultural, and residential property markets.

Assets
• Registration or eligibility with a professional real estate organization (e.g., br/>• Experience with procurement processes, including strategy development, document preparation, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations./>• Bilingual French/English
