We employ nearly 3,000 people, with approximately half dedicated to sales and marketing. Richelieu shareholders are heavily represented throughout the organization. Position Overview Sales Representative – Neos products retail-Panel Division (Calgary, AB). This permanent full‑time role focuses on business development, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting our innovative product lines. It requires approximately 60% travel and 40% office time for follow‑up calls and business development. Responsibilities Promote sales to retail lumber yards, flooring stores, and design center partners. Focus on new business development while managing and retaining existing customer relationships. Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory. Effectively manage the assigned sales territory to ensure maximum sales growth and productivity. Develop and implement territory action plans to meet and exceed sales targets. Qualifications College or university degree in marketing or related field (preferred). Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a similar sales position. Experience selling to retail markets, particularly in the building materials sector. General knowledge of retail building materials and related product lines. Strong skills in business development and opportunity canvassing. Excellent personal and organizational skills. Highly motivated and able to work independently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). What We Offer Competitive base compensation based on market.
