The Department of Computer Science offers a general computer science degree and specializations in databases and interactive visualization, systems and information security, and video gaming. Responsibilities Demonstrate excellence, or clear promise of excellence, in teaching both junior and senior undergraduate-level courses. Participate in curriculum development. Develop a research program involving undergraduate students and build a broad research network. Contain a primary commitment to undergraduate teaching and an ongoing research program; attract external funding is desirable. Qualifications You must have, or be close to completion of, a terminal degree in Computer Science or a relevant area of expertise. You will demonstrate a primary commitment to undergraduate teaching and an ongoing research program. Preference will be given to candidates specialized in operating systems, but strong candidates in other relevant areas will be considered.
