Technical Support Engineer (Pacific Time Zone) Apply for the Technical Support Engineer (Pacific Time Zone) role at Panther. The Job As a Technical Support Engineer at Panther Labs, you will partner with customers to provide creative solutions for challenging technical issues. You will work collaboratively with product engineers, debug and investigate complex problems, and leverage your engineering skills to deliver an amazing customer experience. This opportunity lets you grow as an engineer while helping build and scale a world‑class Customer Support team. The Company Panther is a cybersecurity company focused on detecting breaches anywhere. The Responsibilities Establish strong relationships with customers and set a high bar for satisfaction. Investigate, troubleshoot, and solve complex technical issues. Identify and improve inefficiencies in team workflows. Collaborate with product engineers to ensure healthy communication between customers and backend systems. Champion and advocate for the customer experience company‑wide. Build tools and processes to improve the Support team’s effectiveness as it grows. Share customer insights with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive product and company impact. The Requirements Computer Science degree, bootcamp graduate, or strong portfolio of work in software development/cybersecurity. At least 3+ years in Customer Support; technical support experience is a plus. Strong background in programming with experience in Python, AWS, and SQL. Genuine interest and passion for helping others with high empathy for the customer experience. Strict attention to detail with outstanding troubleshooting/problem‑solving skills. Eagerness to learn and develop professionally. Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to distill complex information into easily understood language. Cybersecurity experience is a plus. Preferred candidates will be located in the PST timezone.
