You will also lead fit/gap sessions, make recommendations on best practices, solve complex business process issues, and interact with the technical team to define system specifications.In this role, you'll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.Experience in a senior consulting role with Oracle Cloud HCM that implemented the HCM modules within North America.Candidates must have specific experience with Canada and/or US Functional core HCM, Benefits Administration, and Base Benefits, or Payroll and/or Time and Labour.Experience in configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting users for the enabling Oracle Financial cloud applications and related technology.Familiar with the native integration in Oracle HCM solutions.Experience in using data modeling tools or other flowcharting software.Assets
Certification for the Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll or HR product suite.Experience in managing projects and training initiatives.Ability to lead diverse teams representing business and technical areas.
