OverviewJoin our Finance team as a Manager, FP&A. Reporting to the Director, FP&A, you will have a critical role in Phreesia's financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, with a focus on the company’s cost structure. You will collaborate cross-functionally with business units and conduct analysis to provide insights that support strategic financial decisions.ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders to establish positive relationships and become a key advisor for local business partners, building a solid understanding of business data inputs and outputsCollaborate with departments across the organization to drive operational efficiencies within cross-functional processes and systemsBuild and maintain detailed financial and operating models to predict future performance, perform scenario analyses, and guide the business on strategic decisionsAssist with the company's balance sheet and cash flow forecasting effortsSupport the development of the annual budget and ongoing forecasting processes, including variance analysis and trend identificationCoordinate review of cost structure to control spending across all functional areasWork with Accounting during month-end close activities, including headcount reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, and budget vs. actual analyses and reportingMonitor key performance indicators, highlight trends, provide recommendations for improvement, and analyze causes of variancesQualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics and 5+ years of professional experience in Corporate FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or related fields, ideally with experience at a public companyMastery of Excel and PowerPoint with proven experience in building financial models and managing complex dataClear and concise communication skills to effectively communicate with business leadersExperience with Adaptive Planning preferredAbility to work efficiently, effectively, and proactively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environmentBase pay for US is $130,000 - $140,000, depending on qualifications.
