Ready to be a part of this exhilarating journey Your Mission : As the Manager FP&A you'll be a key strategic and analytical leader driving the financial planning budgeting forecasting and analysis processes that support data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. You will : Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes collaborating cross-functionally to align with company goals. Develop analyze and present monthly financial reports variance analyses and KPIs to senior leadership. Build and maintain dynamic financial models to evaluate performance investments and strategic initiatives. Deliver proactive insights identifying trends risks and opportunities that improve profitability and efficiency. Drive process improvements and enhance forecasting and reporting tools to strengthen business agility. Manage and mentor a team of senior analysts cultivating a high-performing collaborative and analytical culture. What You Bring to the Table : Education : University degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field; professional accounting designation (CPA or equivalent). Experience : 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A corporate finance or a similar analytical role. Skills : Strong grasp of financial statements budgeting and forecasting principles. Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise; BI / reporting tools (e.g. Power BI Alteryx) are an asset. Excellent communicator who can translate complex data into actionable insights. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented analytical and adaptable with a growth mindset. English proficiency required; bilingualism (French / English) may be required based on role and region. Compensation : At BioScript your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range.
