Working with the Global Growth Reporting and Analytics team, among the responsibilities of this interesting and diverse role will be: Ensuring insightful analysis is routinely produced and delivered to stakeholders (which includes member firm, global business, and global industry/sector leadership) to inform actions required to manage our client relationships. Supporting report design and change control process, to ensure desired level of standardization, efficiency and stakeholder value is achieved Publishing and ensuring quality of the Global Crown Jewel, Global Strategic and Deloitte Private portfolio management reports Research firm system issues, collaborating with end‑users and colleagues responsible for critical firm systems (e.g., CIR, Jupiter, etc.) to improve Global Growth end‑use experience About the team Global Growth creates an opportunity for you to build a new perspective and see both Deloitte and our priority clients through a global lens. Enough about us, let’s talk about you Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field Minimum 3+ years of experience with Deloitte and high performance at the Sr. Consultant level. Work experience should demonstrate knowledge of client service delivery, management, planning, and implementation experience and client relationship management. Expert time management skills including the ability to work independently and deal with ambiguity. Strong candidates will have great attention to detail and demonstrated experience in project execution Ability to problem‑solve and strong analytical abilities Outstanding analytical skills: ability to synthesize large amounts of data and integrate it into meaningful reports and analyses with sensitivity to varying stakeholder expectations and needs. Ability to storyboard and craft data visualizations with ease, as well as communicate data findings with ease Ability to build strong relationships and communicate clearly and effectively Expert in SalesForce (Jupiter), with emphasis on Lightening dashboard design Demonstarted ability to assess the impact of process changes on other areas within Global Growth and/or other reporting processes Expert in CIR Preferred Qualifications and Experience Intermediate knowledge in SalesForce (Jupiter), with emphasis on Lightening dashboard design Intermediate knowledge in Tableau report design and development Working knowledge of our firm systems and the interaction between them Total Rewards The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
