À propos du poste We are looking for an experienced and strategic Rely Manager to join our team. As a Rely Manager, you will be responsible for driving business objectives, ensuring a strong and reliable Supply Chain network, and leading strategic projects. This role focuses on collaboration, continuous improvement and outperformance, within the Supply Chain function. Location: Atlantic What You'll Do Here Manage the Health of the Rely Network: Monitor network performance using dashboards, scorecards, and other tools to ensure strong metrics along or exceeding targets. Conduct vendor performance visits in accordance with the vendor segmentation framework, implementing action plans to report progress toward objectives such as NVS, cycle time, volume, and recycled parts usage. Influence and lead the vendor network in the region, proactively optimizing operations. Approach challenges head-on, invite diverse perspectives, and collaborate on solutions to drive continuous Supply Chain improvement. Drive initiatives towards achieving Net Zero and sustainability within the vendor network. Ensure Strong Collaboration With Regional Teams Lead collaboration efforts with regional operations. Lead and implement collaboration initiatives with regional operations. Drive Strategic Projects Contribute to the strategic vision and projects in line with company and claims objectives. Drive customer experience initiatives to enhance overall satisfaction and service quality. Lead project delivery according to the project plan, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Anticipate future changes and identify opportunities to optimize operations while addressing new trends across regions. Invest In People Drive actions to continuously improve team engagement and performance. Provide ongoing feedback, guidance, coaching, and mentoring to foster meaningful performance discussions and empower direct reports (if applicable) to create robust development plans. Support and reinforce continuous learning and career development opportunities. Build business-ready teams, encouraging curiosity, challenging the status quo, and adopting a "can-do" approach to future work challenges. Promote the company brand in line with company values and leadership success factors. Create an inspiring environment of growth and development, fulfilling the employee promise. What You Bring To The Table Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent education and experience. Minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain or Claims Operations. Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives, optimize operations, and manage vendor relationships. Strong leadership capabilities, with a focus on influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and drive results. Knowledge of sustainable practices and commitment to continuous improvement. Proficiency in management tools and software. The position is in a hybrid mode, with both office presence and telecommuting, while maintaining availability for up to 30% travel, necessary to ensure direct and effective contact with our partners.
