Supply Chain Manager – ABB Join to apply for the Supply Chain Manager role at ABB. The role reports to the Procurement Manager and is based in Saint‑Laurent, Quebec, Canada. Responsibilities Lead and manage the purchasing team, ensuring efficient execution of procurement activities and compliance with company guidelines. Optimize costs, quality, delivery and working capital through the rigorous application of group procurement standards. Oversee the implementation and performance of supply chain systems, including SAP Ariba. Reduce risks related to quality and financial exposure by enforcing commercial and quality procedures. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing issues, identifying root causes and recommending process enhancements. Ensure adherence to ABB’s core values, safety, integrity and compliance standards in all activities. Foster collaboration across divisions and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Develop team capabilities through coaching, mentoring and succession planning. Requirements More than 5 years of experience in personnel management, with proven leadership skills. 5 to 10 years of experience in procurement/supply chain management, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba and supply chain systems. University degree in supply chain management, business administration or a related field. Excellent communication skills in French and English; French is required and English is required for regular communication with clients outside Quebec. Why ABB?
