Responsibilities Take a proactive approach to discovering customers’ needs and listening to understand what they are asking for. Process day‑to‑day transactions. Nurture rich, long‑standing relationships. Contribute to the branch’s targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities. Be a technology expert, sharing knowledge and introducing clients to mobile banking applications. Required Skills Proven customer service skills through work or community involvement. Professional, friendly and efficient manner. Available to work a flexible schedule. Comfortable in simple sales situations.
