As a tactical leader with solid knowledge of the organization's strategies, objectives, and plans, the Manager, Enterprise Technology, will play a key role in developing and executing IT strategies and programs that align with our holistic organizational goals. Reporting to the Director of Innovation, you will be responsible for overseeing all Enterprise Technology operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

You enjoy leading teams, fostering collaboration, and creating a culture of innovation and continuous learning.Provide insights and influence on the development of strategic IT programs, initiatives, and projects.Oversee all Enterprise Technology operations and processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business priorities.Monitor and report relevant IT metrics to company leadership, including C-level executives and Business Unit Leaders.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and provide recommendations on implementation priorities.Manage operating plans, budgets, and program goals for the Enterprise Technology department, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.Assist and influence strategic decisions by interacting with company leadership, including C-level executives and Business Unit Leaders.Lead and develop the Enterprise Technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.Oversee major IT projects, including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages, determining timeframes, and ensuring successful implementation.Develop and implement IT policies and best practice guides for the organization, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry standards and regulations.Assist with various tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors or senior team members to support the overall success of the IT/ET Team and company objectives.Demonstrate a strong commitment to our company values of quality, client focus, teamwork, sustainability, and community, integrating these principles into daily work practices and interactions with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.What You Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within the Enterprise Technology field, with a proven track record of developing and executing IT strategies and programs.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and operations, with expertise in areas such as network security, software development, and project management.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically, identify opportunities, and drive innovation and change.
