Role: Business Analyst with Data Modeling Location: Mississauga, ON (hybrid/3 days a week from day one)

Overview: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in business analysis and strong in data Modeling with a focus on capital markets. The candidate should also have expertise in SQL. CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities: Conduct thorough

analysis of business processes, systems, and data within the capital or fixed markets domain. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories. Perform data analysis and create detailed reports to support decision-making processes. Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute project plans.

Requirements: You are: Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the

capital or fixed markets industry. Strong in

data modeling Strong knowledge of capital markets products, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and investment banking. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

It would be great if you also had: CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification is a plus Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements is desirable.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
