Description and Requirements We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Transformation Business Process Design Specialist to support our Digital Transformation team that handles Order Fulfillment and Procurement . This position will be remote working in EST business hours. Key Responsibilities Responsible for Procurement business process design and optimization support. Lead system solution design for Materials Management, Procurement, Source-to-Award, Procure -to-Pay, and Product to Source processes in SAP S4 HANA. Coordinate cross-functionally with other business teams to align end-to-end process improvements and represent the GSC team. Collaborate with IT teams to deliver testing, drive move to production and go-live. Ensure high-quality deliverables and maintain ongoing communication. Advocate for use of AI and drive adoption. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Operations, IT, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Services with Materials Management, Procurement, and Order Fulfillment. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in global chain projects with a track record of delivery process or system improvements with both Materials Management and Procurement with SAP S4 HANA. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both finance and non-supply chain stakeholders. Proven ability to identify business process inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions. Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Experience with both SAP S4 HANA and ECC preferred. Experience implementing automations leveraging AI a plus. The base salary budgeted range for this position is $84-105 k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
