Our Client Content Specialist team consists of supportive and goal‑driven professionals who are dedicated to helping our client base find success through our diverse portfolio of communications solutions. In this role, specialists will work directly with clients to ensure their press releases are distributed to their desired target audience to drive corporate objectives. Specialists act as the primary point of contact throughout the distribution process and serve as product experts and strategists to align service offerings with a client’s communication needs, offering recommendations on content best practices to increase engagement and visibility. What We Are Looking For Team player who is self‑driven to exceed core metrics and department goals Someone looking to work collaboratively with others within a hybrid work setting Individual with a passion for customer service who finds fulfillment in helping others Professional with a proven ability to master a product portfolio and position solutions to customers to impact revenue generation 1+ years of experience in content creation, customer service, or related field required BA degree in a communication‑related field required Knowledge of SEO and content best practices desired Expertise in PowerPoint, Canva, and public speaking a plus Overtime and holiday coverage may be required based on business needs What We Offer Hybrid work model based on performance and career progression Introductory training program for our proprietary systems Opportunities for career progression and advancement Flexible Time Off Shift eligible for a weekend differential of 10% Sunday–Thursday shift: Sunday (8:00–4:00 p.m. ET), Monday–Thursday (10:00–7:00 p.m. ET) Hybrid – 2 days a week in our Cleveland Office Compensation Salary range not disclosed.
