We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Expert Services team.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Will be tasked to work on a variety of financial and valuation analyses for a variety of purposes, including litigation/expert witness matters, financial reporting, fairness opinions, investment valuations and income tax.
  • Prepare valuation analyses, detailed financial models, written reports and presentations.
  • Work closely with Managing Directors, Directors and Vice Presidents in a growing practice area.
  • Develop a network of corporate, legal and other professionals.
  • 2+ years of professional services experience, with valuation and accounting experience preferred but not essential.
  • CPA, CBV or CFA designations or pursuit thereof is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to work with corporate clients and their legal and other professional advisors.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills and ability to perform in-depth analysis.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities while remaining detail oriented and ensuring projects meet timelines.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
