Route Service Representative - Montreal - UniFirst Canada Join the team that puts customers and your future first. The route service representative will manage customer service, perform route sales, and deliver products across the Montreal region. Responsibilities Manage your own route and serve a diverse customer base ranging from small family businesses to major corporate accounts. Act as a customer-focused, results-driven relationship manager, building strong relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Maximize the lifetime value of customer accounts and grow customer satisfaction. Use sales tools to increase route performance and achieve monthly revenue targets. Carry up to 50 lbs and maintain a safe driving record. Qualifications Prior experience in customer service, route sales, delivery, or an entrepreneurial role is preferred. Strong communication skills, including French. Basic computer proficiency. Valid non-commercial driver’s license, safe driving record, 21+ years old, reliable transportation. Physical ability to carry up to 50 lbs and meet pre-employment physical requirements. Benefits and Compensation Commission-based earnings plus a guaranteed weekly base pay.
