Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek) 6 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Benefits Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route Majority work a 4‑day workweek Majority no nights or weekends Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives Requisition Number: 213026 Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely Comply with driving and vehicle regulations Skills/Qualifications Valid driver's license in good standing Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position High School diploma, GED or Military Service Strong customer service orientation Self‑motivation and drive to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet goals Positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit This is a rewarding opportunity To support our aggressive growth plans, we offer unique opportunities, including advancement, ongoing training, mentoring and the opportunity to develop world‑class business skills.
