IBM Sterling/ACE Lead with Project Management

Location:

Canada or US Remote We are looking for an experienced IBM Sterling/ACE Lead with project management experience to lead end-to-end integration projects, collaborate with architects, business teams and stakeholders to define integration strategies and roadmaps and lead a team of Sterling and ACE developers preferably with experience working in the Wholesale Grocery Distribution industry. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with architects, business teams, and stakeholders to define integration strategies and roadmaps. Work with architects and tower leads to create requirement documents/code walkthrough based on older version of IBM MIM and ACE. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of IBM Sterling & ACE-based integration solutions. Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation. Work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to define project requirements and success criteria. Track and report KPIs, risks, and milestones for integration projects. Manage project documentation, compliance, and governance requirements. Lead and mentor a team of Sterling and ACE developers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including S4, WTX maps, infrastructure, and security teams. Act as the primary point of contact for senior management and business stakeholders regarding integration projects.

Required Skills: Experience in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator & File Gateway. Experience in IBM ACE (App Connect Enterprise) or IIB. Experience in project management with successful delivery of enterprise integration projects. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience. Helpful to have experience working in the Wholesale Grocery Distribution industry.
