p>The Safety, Security & Compliance (SSC) team is a small and agile team that enables Safety, Security, and regulatory compliance (quality) to function well across the entire business. p>The Safety, Security and Compliance (Software) Lead is part of the Safety, Security, and Compliance (SSC) Team within the Operational Excellence Department. The SSC Lead is key in spearheading quality assurance efforts within Navblue, especially in the software development teams. This role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet our customers' expectations.REQUIREMENT/COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT

CODING STANDARDS
Conduct regular audits to assess the quality of software deliverables and adherence to industry standards.Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance quality.Drive or support quality assurance processes, including defect tracking, risk management, and change control.Collaborate with development teams to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Work closely with agile teams to understand user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals.Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Oversight of software quality control including:
Execution of test cases, ensuring adherence to test plans and quality standards.Analysis of test results, identify defects, and track them through to resolution.Generate clear and concise test reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations.Drive or support specific improvement projects.Promote agile methodologies and champion collaboration across different parts/functions of the company.Experience as a Quality Assurance Lead or similar role in an agile software development environment.Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and testing methodologies.Experience in the aviation industry is recommended, sufficient to understand the impact of Safety & Quality on commercial airline flight operations.Knowledge and/or experience of Risk & Opportunity Management.Knowledge of Lean and Agile principles, process mapping, and VSM.Excellent English communication skills (written, visual & verbal).3+ years prior work experience in a professional/office environment.
