Base Pay Range $45.00/hr - $65.00/hr Position Customer Service Representative Type Contractor Compensation $45–$65/hour Location Remote Duration 3–4 weeks Commitment 15+ hours/week Role Responsibilities Design questions related to your occupation as a Customer Service Representative. Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines. Ensure question quality aligns with AI research objectives. Collaborate with AI teams to refine question sets and improve outcomes. Utilize your professional experience to enhance project deliverables. Qualifications 4+ years full-time work experience as a Customer Service Representative. Be based in the US, UK, or Canada. Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks). Compensation & Legal At-will contractor to Mercor. Paid weekly via Stripe Connect. Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
