Sym-Tech is growing quickly and that means endless ways to make a real difference We are currently recruiting for a Commission & Payroll Analyst to join our headquarters located in Thornhill, ON.A career with us offers:A fun, fast paced cultureOpportunities to grow and develop your careerOn-going industry training programs and professional development opportunitiesA workplace that supports workplace diversity, equity and inclusionA strong promoter of women in the automotive industryThe chance to work with some of the best in the businessPosition Summary:Reporting to the Vice President, Finance, this position provides support to our internal Associates and the Finance and People & Culture departments.Position Functions:Process and calculate monthly commissions for Sales AssociatesProcess and calculate monthly commissions for 3rd party AgentsPerform bi-weekly, monthly, yearly payroll reconciliations and Year End payroll dutiesPrepare and analyze reports (EHT and WSIB remittances)Computes wages and deductions, reviews for accuracy and posts payroll records.Bi-weekly payroll data entry for AssociatesUnderstands employee payroll issues, and communicates solutions effectively, professionally, and respectfully.Any other tasks as assigned by management.Minimum Qualifications:Minimum 3-5 years full-cycle payroll processing experience required -> Knowledge of full-cycle payroll processing Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems -> Knowledge of payroll software and systems Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, including V-lookups and pivot tables and formulas***Compensation range will be based on knowledge and experience***Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAccounting/Auditing, Analyst, and FinanceIndustriesMotor Vehicle Manufacturing, Financial Services, and Insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
