p>For the past 59 years, Welldone Mechanical Services Inc. has been a serving pillar in Regina and Saskatoon community, providing our esteemed clients with outstanding service. We are currently recruiting a Project Sales Manager to join our team.

The Project Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new project opportunities within our target market segments. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Managing the preparation of estimates for design-build and time and material projects.Ensure professional quality services in all facets of work.Lead a team to ensure technical accuracy of project deliverables.Manage a team to ensure cost effective, safe, and timely completion of projects to meet or exceed client expectations.Manage project activities throughout lifecycle, including the allocation of adequate resources, documentation, and other factors necessary for success.Work with clients to sell and deliver the end project.Provide mentoring to technical staff, assigning duties as required.Maintain project schedules and project cost summaries to track work progress, budget status, and manpower resource utilization.Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.Journeyman Trade experience within plumber/gas fitter/refrigeration trades.Knowledge of building codes and standards.Valid driver’s license is required.Planning & Organizing – Developing, implementing, and adjusting plans to reach goals, while ensuring the optimal use of resources.Results Management – Organizes time, work, and resources to accomplish objectives in the most effective and efficient way.Team Leadership – Builds strong teams by assuming a leadership role in helping others achieve excellent results.
