What You’ll Do Hands‑on Design & Prototyping: Assist in concept generation, design, and validation for both electrical and mechanical systems. Testing & Analysis: Help plan, execute, and document tests to evaluate performance, reliability, and safety. Cross‑Disciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside engineers from multiple disciplines—electrical, mechanical, software—to ensure seamless integration of new products or systems. Continuous Improvement: Research emerging technologies, contribute fresh ideas, and help optimize processes for efficiency, quality, and sustainability. Project Support: Participate in planning meetings, document progress, and maintain clear communication with team members and project leads. What We’re Looking For Currently Enrolled Students: Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Innovation Enthusiasts: Passionate about designing unique products and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. Team Players: Enjoy collaborating with others, sharing knowledge, and supporting each other’s growth. Leadership & Community Involvement: Active in design teams, leadership roles, or clubs—demonstrating initiative, drive, and hands‑on experience. Strong Communication Skills: Able to present ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing. Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g., CAD software for mechanical roles, circuit design software for electrical roles).
