L'analyste soutient les membres de l'équipe depuis l'octroi d'un prêt corporatif jusqu'à sa distribution (s'il est syndiqué) et sa clôture financière dans le secteur du financement de projets.

Ton emploi
  • Procéder à l’analyse financière et de transactions comparables essentielles à la création de structures de financement
  • Contribuer à la préparation de matériel marketing pour les clients existants et potentiels, incluant offres de financement, analyses de marché et comparables, stratégies de syndication et tout autre information et analyse nécessaire et adaptée aux besoins des compagnies
  • Participer à la syndication des dossiers et à la gestion quotidienne du portefeuille de prêts bancaires syndiqués hors Québec, incluant la coordination des rencontres entre prêteurs, FAQs, présentations, et tout autre matériel de vente, tel que nécessaire
  • Bâtir un réseau avec les partenaires internes et les différents acteurs du secteur du financement corporatif et de syndication des banques actives au Canada
  • Maintenances des bases de données et du matériel marketing à être utiliser dans le cadre des activités de structuration et syndication des dossiers

Ce poste est basé à Calgary.

Prérequis
  • Diplôme de premier cycle dans un champ d’étude pertinent (ex : B.Comm., B.B.A.)
  • Désignation professionnelle (ex : CPA, CFA) considérée comme un atout
  • Expérience dans les secteurs du financement de projets en énergies renouvelables et/ou infrastructures considérée comme un atout
  • Intérêt marqué et démontré pour les affaires et la finance, avec une orientation vers le crédit
  • Excellentes capacités numériques et analytiques avec une bonne compréhension des transactions financières et des risques associés
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide avec des demandes concurrentes et des délais serrés pour répondre aux besoins urgents des clients
  • Attitude positive et proactive
  • Grande attention aux détails
  • Capacité à utiliser son jugement pour identifier et diagnostiquer les problèmes dans les contraintes données
  • Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et débrouillardise
  • Solides compétences interpersonnelles et en développement de relations, tant avec les parties prenantes internes qu'externes
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en rédaction avec une capacité à présenter des idées de manière concise et bien structurée
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais requise et maîtrise du français considérée comme un atout
  • Compétences informatiques bien développées, avec un accent sur la suite Microsoft Office
  • Connaissance de Bloomberg, Refinitiv et CapIQ considérée comme un atout
