As the Principal Product Manager, you will:

  • Spearhead the strategy, development, and execution of our B2B supply chain integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to build innovative products that meet the evolving needs of our enterprise customers.
  • Utilize a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong leadership skills.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

Product Strategy

  • Define and articulate the product vision and long-term strategy for our B2B supply chain integration solutions.
  • Own the product roadmap and ensure alignment with company goals, market demands, and customer needs.
  • Help customers and others in our organization understand how your products will drive ROI.
  • Effectively present capabilities, vision, value proposition, and product roadmaps to customers, prospects, Sales leadership, and at other public events.

Product Development

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with engineering teams to define product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that drive value for customers and differentiate us from competitors.

Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the supply chain space.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the key product liaison with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other departments to align product efforts with company initiatives.
  • Provide product training and enablement to support Sales and Marketing in go-to-market activities.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling B2B SaaS products, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or enterprise integration solutions.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and market dynamics, coupled with excellent communication and analytical skills to influence decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Skills:

  • Familiarity with Supply Chain Optimization Applications (e.g., demand planning, inventory optimization, transportation management systems).
  • Expert in Agile product development with strong analytical and communication skills to define product vision, translate technical concepts into business value, and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
