Position OverviewThe Marketing Administrator provides administrative and creative support across branding, digital marketing, and property promotion initiatives. This role combines organizational skills with content creation expertise, ensuring consistent brand messaging and high-quality marketing materials that support lead generation, client engagement, and sales.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with day-to-day marketing administration, including scheduling social media campaigns, tracking performance, and coordinating with team members.Maintain brand standards across all marketing materials and communications.Support project planning, documentation, and file organization for efficient workflows.Other administrative duties as assigned.Social Media ManagementCreate, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.Develop content calendars to align with marketing objectives and seasonal campaigns.Monitor social engagement, respond to inquiries, and track analytics for performance insights.Content Creation (Photo, Video, Design)Capture professional listing photography and videography using provided photography equipment (Sony A7 IV and gimbal).Edit and produce polished photos and videos for MLS, social media, and promotional materials.Design graphics, marketing assets, and promotional materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere).Ensure all content maintains consistency in tone, branding, and visual quality.Skills & QualificationsStrong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in content creation tools: Canva, Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere.Experience with camera and gimbal operation for photography and videography.Knowledge of social media platforms, scheduling tools, and content planning strategies.Ability to balance multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and support team marketing goals.Creative eye for branding, design, and storytelling.OutcomesDeliver consistent, professional marketing materials that strengthen brand identity.Enhance property visibility through high-quality photo, video, and social content.Provide reliable administrative support that enables efficient execution of marketing campaigns.Contribute to overall business growth by supporting lead generation and client engagement efforts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
