Your role as a Sales Representative:
Soliciting clients and sales (Developing new relationships with clients).
Appropriately documenting all interactions with clients.
Contributing to client satisfaction and retention.
Providing basic assistance to clients.
Advising/recommending current and potential clients according to their needs.
Introducing new products.
Issuing credits when applicable.
Occasionally, you may attend agricultural shows or other promotional activities.
Providing regular reports on sales activities to management.

On Fridays, we finish at 4:30 pm (paid until 5:00 pm).
Here's what you need:
Significant experience in agriculture or sales.
Bachelor's degree in agriculture or sales (an asset).
Basic knowledge of accounting.
Computer skills, experience with customer relationship management software, and ability to learn new software.
Listening and empathy skills.
Rigor and organization.
Negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong sense of customer service and organization.
