Release Train Engineer

We are seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to serve as a servant leader and chief Scrum Master for a moderately complex Agile Release Train (ART).The RTE facilitates program-level processes, drives continuous development, manages risks, and escalates impediments.This role ensures alignment with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles to enhance speed and value in product delivery, while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the facilitator and coach for a moderately complex Agile Release Train (ART).Leverage Agile methodologies, assessments, metrics, and dashboards to guide teams in value delivery.Facilitate PI Planning readiness through Continuous Exploration, Vision, Roadmap, and Backlog development.Enable adoption of Agile Lifecycle Management tools such as Jira Align.Coach and mentor technical teams, Scrum Masters, and business partners in Lean-Agile practices.Help teams refine value streams and resolve dependencies and barriers.Encourage collaboration among teams and with System and Solution Architects.Create collaborative environments for aligned decision-making across program, technical, and business teams.Orchestrate synchronized program-level processes across multiple Scrum and product teams.Align strategy and execution with Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.Partner with the Agility Enablement Hub to support program execution and operational excellence.Drive continuous improvement through Inspect and Adapt workshops.Foster Communities of Practice and promote Built-In Quality engineering practices.Ensure teams maintain focus on quality and continuous delivery of business value.Make decisions on moderately complex issues with discretion and independent judgment.Required QualificationsOn-camera presence during meetings.Typically 5+ years of related experience, including 2+ years on large-scale, technically complex projects.Experience working within the SAFe Framework in roles such as RTE, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach.Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.Proven ability to execute through complex value streams.Experience collaborating across IT, business teams, Product Managers, Product Owners, and Portfolio Managers.Excellent communication, leadership, and mentorship skills.High emotional intelligence and ability to influence without authority.Passion for contributing to continuous improvement in consumer experiences.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.SAFe certifications: RTE 6.0 and/or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) 6.0.Familiarity with Agile Lifecycle Management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira Align.Advanced Scrum Master certifications (e.g., CSP-SM, A-CSM, PSM III).Prior experience in the health solutions industry.Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).CertificationsScaled Agile (SAFe) certifications: RTE 6.0 and/or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) 6.0Advanced Scrum Master certifications: CSP-SM, A-CSM, or PSM IIIEmail ID * This field is required Please enter valid emailId.Cell phone * This field is required Please enter valid cell phone.First Name * This field is required Please enter valid first name.Last Name * This field is required Please enter valid last name. #J-18808-Ljbffr
