Complimentary orthodontic treatment for you and your immediate family, along with a uniform allowance. $28‑34/ hour Work‑Life Balance: Enjoy a 4‑day work week, Monday to Thursday, with no evenings or weekends. How You’ll Make An Impact Providing all aspects of clinical patient care in a professional, efficient, and caring manner. Sterilization procedures, setting up the operatories, taking x‑rays, photos, and intraoral scans, some lab work. Once the completion of the Ortho Module, involved in a wide range of patient care procedures, including direct bond bracket procedures, archwire and appliance adjustments, and Aligner appointments while under the doctor's supervision. Building positive relationships with patients, families, and coworkers to ensure the targeted outcome treatment remains on schedule. Enter detailed chart/record notations, patient tracking and imaging in the practice management system. Provide patient instruction/education. Provide reports to parents/guardians. Ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice. The Teammate We’re Looking For Certified Dental Assistant and licensed with CDABC 1+ years’ experience as a Certified Dental Assistant. Completion of Ortho Module is an asset. Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, verbal and written, with a proven ability to build strong relationships to build positive rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.
