Job Title: Branch Manager Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, manage teams, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing warehouse activities, sales, and customer service while ensuring financial and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations including warehouse activities such as health and safety, shipping, receiving, and scheduling. Manage the inside sales team focused on customer service. Handle financial aspects, including KPIs, reporting, and account management. Collaborate on sales and business development initiatives, including marketing campaigns. Act as the primary point of contact for the branch and maintain strong customer relationships. Manage hiring processes for hourly positions, including interviews, terminations, and transfers. Oversee stock and SKU management. Lead and mentor a core team to drive branch success. Essential Skills Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce. Strong management and leadership skills. Customer relationship management experience. Sales and office management capabilities. Experience in branch operations management. Additional Skills & Qualifications College Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred. 5+ years of experience in warehouse or retail management and sales. Customer service and management experience. Knowledge of the roofing industry is an asset. Previous experience in warehouse or sales roles is beneficial. Work Environment This position is based at two locations: Barrie, ON and Holland Landing, ON. The work environment consists of a team of approximately 7 to 10 people, including warehouse employees, inside sales specialists, an assistant branch manager, and the branch manager. The standard working hours are from 7 AM to 4 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. The dress code is business casual. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Barrie, ON. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $84000.00/yr. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Barrie,ON.
