This leadership role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, addressing client needs, and maintaining service excellence in alignment with our established service level agreements.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team Development: Oversee the support team’s performance, providing mentorship, training, and professional development.Service Delivery & Client Engagement: Act as the bridge between technical support staff and clients, ensuring service delivery meets company standards and client expectations.Operational Efficiency & Innovation: Identify and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.Customer Satisfaction & Performance Management: Maintain high levels of client satisfaction, track performance metrics, and develop initiatives to enhance service quality.Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate has proven experience managing a support team, and the ability to drive innovation and efficiency in service delivery. They enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for service excellence.This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker who is passionate about service excellence, team development, and operational improvement.
