Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Manager to join this team. The Engineering Manager will oversee the engineering department, ensuring the successful execution of projects, the development of innovative solutions, and the growth and development of our engineering team. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality engineering solutions that meet our clients' needs.Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure project success and professional growth.Develop and implement strategic plans for the engineering department, aligning with the company’s goals and objectives.Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure seamless project integration and client satisfaction.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and support in the design, development, and implementation of automation and manufacturing solutions.Conduct technical reviews and assessments to ensure the quality and reliability of engineering solutions.Manage departmental resources, including budgeting, staffing, and equipment procurement, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Professional Engineering (P.li>A minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.Proven experience in the automation and manufacturing industry, particularly in the automotive sector.Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects.Proficiency in engineering software and tools, including SolidWorks and other relevant CAD software.The chance to work on cutting-edge projects with a leading technology company.
