Senior Manager, Procurement Reporting & Business Insights We are seeking a data‑driven leader who can translate complex procurement data into actionable insights. What’s the Opportunity As a member of the Global Procurement Data Stewardship Team, you will help shape how data drives decision‑making across Procurement. You’ll collaborate with smart, curious, and collaborative professionals who leverage analytics, storytelling and technology to transform how we deliver value. Responsibilities Lead the vision for Procurement reporting and analytics—defining priorities and guiding the organization to see its story through data. Partner with senior Procurement leaders to uncover opportunities, define key metrics, and transform business questions into actionable reporting. Collaborate with Data Engineering and enterprise data teams to turn complex data structures into clear, usable tools. Analyze data to uncover patterns, root causes and tell stories that influence strategic decisions. Empower others through data literacy, creating tools, guides and self‑serve resources. Design and evolve modern dashboards that reveal trends, highlight opportunities and spark better conversations. Continuously improve how we deliver insights, finding smarter, simpler and creative ways to move the business forward. Champion data quality and governance to ensure data is reliable and trusted. Qualifications – Must Have 7+ years of experience in business, financial or operational analytics with increasing scope. Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel) and SQL. Experience working with large databases (e.g., Teradata) and translating complex data into business‑ready insights. Exceptional analytical thinking, problem‑solving and storytelling skills. Strong attention to detail, organization and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Nice to Have Tableau Desktop Specialist or Tableau Certified Data Analyst credentials. Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification. Curiosity and initiative to continuously improve. Experience in a large, matrixed organization. Mindset that thrives on continuous improvement.
